One tool for the educator portfolio.

Online coaches and educators currently stitch four or five tools — Calendly, Thinkific, AI mentors, e-signature, a payment provider. Each tool with its own pricing, its own dashboard, its own data silo.

Calypack is a multi-tenant SaaS that unifies the entire workflow. Tenant data is isolated by design. AI features (the mentor) are scoped to each tenant's content and audience — never cross-tenant.

First tenant: Mentorat & Cie, co-founder Marie-Josée's mentoring practice. White-label deployment for the Quebec SMB transition / business succession market.

Scheduling

Calendar bookings with timezone-aware UX. Outbox pattern for reliability. Manual fallback when external calendars fail.

Video courses (VOD)

Bunny CDN. Per-tenant content isolation. Watch progress synced to each tenant's user table — never leaked.

AI Mentor

Scoped capabilities. The mentor only accesses the user's own enrolled course material — no cross-tenant, no admin, no DB. mc-guardrails wrap every call.

Signatures

E-signature flow for service agreements between tenant and student. Audit trail Loi 25 art. 14 compliant.

Forfaits multi-sessions

Package bookings (3, 5, 10 sessions). Stripe Connect routing to tenant Stripe account. T6AI takes a transparent application fee.

Tenant isolation

Three auth zones. RLS at the database. PII never crosses tenant boundary. Verified by automated authorization tests.

Compliance

Loi 25 is the design.

  • Loi 25 art. 8.1 — Data minimisation. We only collect what we strictly need.
  • Loi 25 art. 12.1 — Automated decision-making. AI Mentor suggestions are advisory, always reviewable.
  • Loi 25 art. 14 — Accountability. Audit log of every consequential action.
  • Stripe Connect — Payments routed to tenant accounts. T6AI is not the merchant of record for tenant transactions.
  • EFVP — Privacy Impact Assessment completed before first live user.
